Tibberton PTA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Specific Terms and Conditions Relating to Tibberton PTA Colour Run 4th July
1. I am aged 18 years or above and wish for me/my child to participate in the Tibberton PTA Colour Run and I am the parent/legal guardian of the registered child/children who is/are under the age of 18. I wish for these child/children to participate in the Colour Run on
2. I agree that I/my child will participate in the Tibberton PTA Colour Run in accordance with the specific safety rules clearly explained by staff before the run.
3. I understand that participating in the Colour Run is a potentially hazardous activity where colour powder will be thrown at and around my child during the event. However, I understand that the powder is not harmful to people, animals or plant life.
4. I agree that I/my child will wear any safety equipment outlined by Tibberton PTA Colour Run. In accordance with the safety instructions and risk assessment, all participants must wear protective eyewear. This can include sunglasses, goggles, or prescription eyewear. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in the participation being denied.
5. I agree to provide a t-shirt (preferably white) to wear on the course and wear protective eye wear. I understand that the colour powder can cause staining if not washed on a cool cycle, immediately after the event.
6. Participants are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times and must always follow the instructions that are given to them. They must show respect towards the other people taking part, event staff, equipment and facilities and not misuse these in any way.
7. I confirm that my child is in good physical condition and has no medical impairments that may prevent them from participating in the activity. If I have any concerns about their physical condition, I will consult my doctor before participating in the activity and inform the event organisers straight away.
8. I acknowledge that participation in the activity may be physically demanding and that there are risks of injury.
9. I hereby indemnify Tibberton PTA against all claims made by any other person against me/my child in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with the safety instructions and/or directions given by the event organisers.
10. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understood and agree with all of the above prior to booking my entry, and that placing an order on this website for entry confirms I have read, fully understood and agree with all of the above.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Tibberton PTA assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

Returns Policy
Tibberton PTA accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Tibberton PTA without the prior written consent of Tibberton PTA and are subject to a return charge.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
